Product Introduction

SPC1125 is a highly integrated system-on-chip (SoC) microcontroller, featuring a 32-bit high-performance ARM® Cortex-M4 core. It offers a maximum software-configurable clock frequency of 125 MHz, up to 128KB of embedded FLASH, a rich set of enhanced I/O and peripheral resources, supports a 13-bit ADC, 2 differential programmable gain amplifiers, 4 enhanced PWM modules, 2 general-purpose 32-bit timers, as well as UART, I2C, SPI and other communication interfaces. It is an ideal platform for motor control applications. SPC1125 supports a 3.3V external power supply, has a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, and is packaged in a 32-pin QFN type.
