Product Introduction

The SPC1198B is a highly integrated System-on-Chip (SoC) microcontroller featuring a 32-bit high-performance ARM® Cortex-M4 core. It offers a software-programmable clock frequency of up to 125 MHz, 256KB (or 128KB) embedded Flash (supporting in-place execution), a 4-channel DMA controller, and a wealth of enhanced I/O and peripheral resources. It supports a 13-bit ADC, 2 differential programmable gain amplifiers, 4 enhanced PWM modules, 3 general-purpose 32-bit timers, as well as communication interfaces such as UART, I2C, and SPI. It is an ideal platform for motor control applications. The SPC1198B supports 3.3V single external power supply. Its operating temperature range is from -40°C to +125°C, and it is available in 64-pin or 48-pin LQFP packages.
