Product Introduction

SPC1168 is a highly integrated system-on-chip (SoC) microcontroller. The SPC1168 incorporates a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 high-performance processor with a software-programmable clock rate as high as 200 MHz, 64 KB SRAM, embedded flash with 128 KB, and an extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals. The device offers a 14-bit ADC, three PGAs, six enhanced PWMs, three general purpose 32-bit timers, as well as standard and advanced communication interface: an UART, an I2C and a SPI. These features make the SPC1168 ideal for motor control application. In addition, it also uses two innovative technologies, one is multi-region security protection technology to improve code security. The other is programmable IO technology, similar to FPGA, which can be configured into pre-defined communication module to support various application needs in a more cost-effective way.
