Product Introduction

SPC1198 is a high performance and integration system-on-chip (SOC) microcontroller. The SPC1198 incorporates ARM Cortex-M4 high-performance processors with a software-programmable clock rate as high as 200 MHz, 80 KB SRAM, embedded flash with 128 KB, and an extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals. The SPC1198 device offers a 14-bit ADC, 6 PGAs, 8 enhanced PWMs, 3 general purpose 32-bit timers, DMA, as well as standard and advanced communication interface: UART, I2C and SPI. In addition, it also uses two innovative technologies, one is multi-region security protection technology to improve code security. The other is programmable IO technology, similar to FPGA, which can be configured into pre-defined communication module to support various application needs in a more cost-effective way.
