Product Introduction

SPC2188 is a dual-core, high-performance, highly integrated System-on-Chip (SoC) microcontroller. It features two 32-bit high-performance ARM® Cortex-M4F cores, supporting a maximum clock frequency of 240 MHz, and offers up to 2MB of QSPI Flash memory (with support for in-place execution and a 16KB read cache) and 384KB of RAM. It includes a rich array of I/O and peripheral resources. The two cores can exchange data through RAM or communicate via dedicated mailboxes and interrupts. SPC2188 incorporates two Direct Memory Access Controllers (DMACs), providing a total of 16 data channels to free up CPU resources and facilitate rapid data transfer between memory, between memory and peripherals, and between peripherals. It also includes three 14-bit ADCs, three programmable gain amplifiers, twelve enhanced PWM modules, eight enhanced capture modules, two quadrature encoder pulse modules, one 4-channel Sigma-Delta filter module, and six general-purpose 32-bit timers. Additionally, it provides communication interfaces such as UART/LIN, I2C, SPI, CAN/FDCAN, making it an ideal platform for motor control applications. SPC2188 supports a single power supply of 3.3V ± 10% and operates within a junction temperature range of -40 to +125 °C. It is packaged in a 100-pin LQFP.
